Lovely Wallpaper

Today, to celebrate the Mini Joy Month hosted by international miniaturists, here’s a lovely sheet of wallpaper for your dollhouse. For today’s prompt, “something floral,” I wanted a wallpaper that looks both modern and vintage. So I took a poppy pattern I made in 2012 for an origami book I illustrated, inspired by classic Japanese persimmon designs (there’s a logic to the madness). I added a few design touches, completely redrew part of it, created a totally different colourway, and voila. The colours are chosen to match the furniture, not the other way around- something one can’t do in real life and that I enjoyed thoroughly!
You can download the A4 sheet and print it for your own use, but you can’t, absolutely can’t, resell it in any way without my authorisation (which I usually give gladly once contacted).
