Some references for software if you don't have Photoshop and want to play with animated gifs:
go to Ulead download website   for PC
or download  Gifun  if you have Mac OSX. I'm sorry I haven't tested these, so if you try them give me feedback!

je l'ai retrouve dans mes cartons virtuels...

1.Photoshop:
Creez une image de fond contenant la partie non animee, ici la petite fille
Create one background image for the non animated part of your image.
Puis deux layers, un layer par etape d'animation, ici deux mouvements de main.
Then draw 2 other layers, one for each animation step ( here the hand movement).

2.Image ready:

Faites ctrl+shift+M pour acceder a Image ready. Ca ressemble a ca. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'aller sur Image Ready si vous avec Photoshop CS2, la barre d'animation est accecssible dans Photoshop maintenant :)

Do ctrl+shift+M to go to Image ready. I should look like this.
You don't need to go to Image ready if you already have upgraded to CS2. The animation window is now in Photoshop.

3.Setup the first step of animation in the layer window by showing only one hand movement.
Creez la premier image de votre animation en montrant seulement un layer des deux layers de main.

4.Duplicate current frame by clicking this icon in the animation window
Dupliquez la premier etape d'animation en cliquant sur cette icone

Now you have 2 animation frames
Maintenant vous avez deux etapes d'animation.

You can add as much layers as you want for simple animations. You can also setup how much time an animation step will last just by clicking on it.
Vous  pouvez ajouter autant de layers que vous voulez pour vos animations. Vous pouvez aussi regler la duree de chacune des etapes d'animation en cliquant sur le nombre de secondes.

Sauvez l'animation en format gif
Voila, il n'y a plus qu'a l'importer dans un post :)

Today the cat didn't like her food so she flee oustide when I opened the door to go to work...So I had to run after her. She didn't really flee, she U-turned running to her bowl making me following her.

I found that clever of her, but I was terribly afraid to lose her!

Still,I gave her some different, more yummy food.
I like her too much I guess.

She ate like a pig. Who said kitties are delicate?

Est ce qui est inscrit sur toutes les palissades ici, pour eviter qu'on ne les placarde.

Ceci est un humming bird de l'espece Anna -Calypte anna -, un male je pense ( corrigez moi si je me trompe), c'est assez courant par ici. Il s'arrete brusquement en l'air pour vous regarder avant de repartir comme un minuscule eclair vert, c'est ce moment que j'ai peint.

Je regrette de ne pas pouvoir rendre en image le leger frrrrt de l'oiseau volant.Il fait un bruit comme un jupon empese sur les jambes d'une elegante.
